System Design

Electec Solutions provides a comprehensive design service that delivers the perfect smoke ventilation system to your project. Our design solutions aim to give you the most cost effective that meets all current British Standards and regulations.

Commissioning and Installation

Electec Solutions has a professional, experienced and qualified team of engineers. Our fully trained engineers will install and commission your smoke control systems then have it fully tested and verified along with the cause and effects before handover. On completion we will train the client’s safety officer the operation of the system, how to use and test the system, also we will be happy to demonstrate to building control or other authorities.

Service and Maintenance

Smoke Control Systems should be regularly tested, inspected, maintained and serviced to ensure that it is in efficient and correct working order and it is a requirement of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Our fully trained engineers will test, inspect and service you smoke ventilation system as required then we will issue a test certificate.
